Zachariah Department of Mechanical Engineering University of Maryland, College Park, MD In this talk I will summarize some of our experimental and modeling studies to microengineer the growth of nanoparticles from the vapor. Most of the talk will describe experimental results from which phemenological and atomistic models are developed.
