NSF Funding Opportunities: Current Status and Future Prospects with
     Emphasis on the Mathematical and Physical Sciences

We will present a snapshot of the current state of affairs within the
Directorate for Mathematical and Physical Sciences, the Division of
Materials Research and the Materials Theory Program at NSF.  We will talk
about funding opportunities available in the coming fiscal year (FY03).
